A Resort in Nusa Lembongan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hotel General Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full operation of the hotel, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
  • Lead and manage multiple F&B outlets including restaurants and bars
  • Take full ownership of P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Optimize revenue streams across rooms and F&B (ADR, RevPAR, and outlet performance)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50–100+ employees, including department heads 
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service
  • Handle escalated guest issues and complaints professionally and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and F&B revenue
  • Act as the main decision-maker during operational challenges, emergencies, or peak periods 
  • Utilize hotel management systems, POS, and reporting tools effectively


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience managing a resort or full-service hotel with strong F&B operations
  • Pre-opening experience, especially in remote or island locations
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
