A Resort in Nusa Lembongan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hotel General Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full operation of the hotel, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Lead and manage multiple F&B outlets including restaurants and bars
- Take full ownership of P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Optimize revenue streams across rooms and F&B (ADR, RevPAR, and outlet performance)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50–100+ employees, including department heads
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service
- Handle escalated guest issues and complaints professionally and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and F&B revenue
- Act as the main decision-maker during operational challenges, emergencies, or peak periods
- Utilize hotel management systems, POS, and reporting tools effectively
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience managing a resort or full-service hotel with strong F&B operations
- Pre-opening experience, especially in remote or island locations
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
