Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts related to property and real estate
- Conduct due diligence on land and property documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian legal and regulatory standards
- Support property transactions and coordinate with relevant authorities
- Provide legal advice and recommendations to management
- Assist in resolving legal issues related to property and land matters
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and records
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in Indonesian real estate law
- Strong knowledge of contracts, legal compliance, and property documentation
- Experience handling due diligence and property transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team
