A Real Estate Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Real Estate (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
- Conduct property presentations, consultations and site visits with potential buyers or investors
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options based on their preferences and budget
- Handle negotiations and manage the sales process from inquiry stage to closing deals
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve property listings, campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on Bali real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing and investment opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven of working experience as a Sales Real Estate or in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good understanding of Bali property market, especially Uluwatu area, is preferred
- Familiar with CRM systems, social media, and digital marketing platforms
