A Manufacture Company in Tanah Lot, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Finance Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support management decision-making
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate budgets across departments and business units
- Provide rolling forecasts and financial projections
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, variances, and key business drivers
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), etc.)
- Oversee timely and accurate tax filings and reporting
- Monitor updates in tax laws and PSAK standards and advise management on impacts
- Lead internal and external audit processes
- Act as the company representative for tax audits and regulatory inquiries
- Oversee and optimize company cash flow and liquidity
- Oversee the use and optimization of ERP and financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
- Lead or support special financial and business projects
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Senior Finance Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in multi-entity or group company structures.
- Strong background in industries such as Multi-Outlet Retail, F&B, Manufacturing, or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK
- Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes
