Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and offer styling and product recommendations
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems (e.g., Moka)
- Support inventory management including stock checks and product replenishment
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing store revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Support team discipline and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 2 years of working experience as a Shopkeeper similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong sales skills with a passion for fashion and styling
- Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with customers
- Experience using CRM systems and POS (Moka is a plus)
