A DMC Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Asian Mice Market Supervisor (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage MICE inquiries from initial request through to full project execution
- Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and costings aligned with client requirements
- Handle complex and high-value MICE projects, including incentives and conferences
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and overseas partners
- Coordinate bookings and logistics with hotels, venues, and third-party suppliers
- Ensure all services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to maintain operational efficiency
- Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, venues, and suppliers to maximize profitability
- Follow up on invoicing and payments (both client and vendor side) to ensure smooth financial operations
- Source and explore new hotels, venues, and activity providers to build strong partnerships and enhance product offerings
- Attend site inspections and oversee on-site event execution when required
- Maintain accurate records and system updates for all bookings and activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a related position
- Proven experience handling MICE projects such as incentives, conferences, and group events
- Strong understanding of Asian markets, preferably India and/or the Middle East
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Solid experience in negotiating and coordinating with hotels, venues, and suppliers
- Familiarity with destination management systems or similar tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
