A Construction Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Admin (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-intake documentation for all new participants
- Create and maintain CareMaster profiles, ensuring all participant documents are uploaded accurately
- Organize participant folders on SharePoint and manage digital filing of records
- Prepare and pre-fill Service Agreements to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Develop Transition Plans to support the commencement of services
- Coordinate participant communications, including sending “Intro to HQ” emails and conducting follow-up check-ins for feedback
- Manage HubSpot CRM data entry including uploading new leads, enquiries and networking contacts
- Coordinate Participant Services Managers (PSMs) calendars
- Assist in improving internal processes and administrative workflows
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Admin similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Hardworking with a strong willingness to learn
- Demonstrated experience in administration or operations support in a process-driven environment (healthcare, disability services, aged care, workforce coordination, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
