A Cafe in Nyanyi, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cafe Supervisor (Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and develop café staff (baristas, kitchen, and service team)
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness, smooth service flow, maintenance and a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain food and beverage quality standards in line with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce SOPs for service, kitchen operations and hygiene
- Ensure guests consistently receive exceptional hospitality and memorable café experiences
- Monitor key performance metrics including sales, COGS, labor cost and waste control
- Assist in setting monthly and quarterly sales targets and achieving revenue goals
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Cafe Supervisor similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations, F&B standards and health regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports and control operational costs
