A Villa in Seseh, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cleaner (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare all 3 villas between guest stays according to Airbnb-ready standards
- Refill amenities (toiletries, water, coffee, etc.)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust all indoor and outdoor areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, patios)
- Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
- Handle same-day turnovers when required
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest belongings and property
- Minor gardening or tidying of outdoor areas (pool deck, terrace, etc.)
- Coordinate with external laundry services
- Assist with check-in and check-out inspections
- Notify management of guest feedback or any unusual occurrences
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Reliable, professional, punctual and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks and villa cleaning workload
