A Boat Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Drafter (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-accuracy 3D models of marine components and assemblies using Rhino or equivalent software
- Produce detailed and comprehensive technical drawings for the production floor to ensure accurate fabrication
- Work closely with naval architects, engineers and production teams to translate design specifications into buildable models
- Support design development, revisions and vessel construction processes
- Ensure all drawings and models comply with marine standards, ergonomic principles and project requirements
- Follow guidance and direction from the Project Manager and Naval Architect
- Assist production teams in interpreting drawings and resolving design-to-build discrepancies
- Prepare CNC-ready files and nesting layouts for cutting and fabrication
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing records and revision control
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager or superintendent
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Drafter similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in shipbuilding, marine industry, architecture, or interior design would be a plus
- Proficient in 3D modeling and drafting software (Rhino 3D or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Strong design sense and awareness of current design trends, especially in the marine industry
- Experience with CNC machines or fabrication processes is an advantage
