Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the Director and external parties (lawyers, contractors, consultants, suppliers)
- Manage communications, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Gather updates from multiple stakeholders and consolidate clear reports for the Director
- Oversee and monitor construction progress from a coordination and reporting perspective
- Ensure alignment between contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Coordinate with legal advisors on documentation and project-related legal matters
- Ensure all administrative and legal processes are followed appropriately

- Accompany the Director in meetings with high-end and demanding clients
- Maintain professional communication and manage client expectations
- Assist in recruitment processes including coordinating interviews and background checks
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Executive Assistant similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based environments
- Experience supporting both personal and business matters
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Willingness to take calculated risks and think outside the box
- Strong self-awareness and commitment to personal growth
