A Logistic Company in Kerobokan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Fleet Coordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and optimize weekly schedules for hundreds of drivers using internal scheduling software
- Track daily driver attendance including log-ins, sick leave and no-shows
- Maintain and update driver databases, track holidays and prepare daily performance and attendance reports for the German management team
- Act as the main point of contact with German HQ regarding staffing needs, operational updates and schedule adjustments
- Ensure data accuracy and operational continuity across all shifts
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Senior Fleet Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus)
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (Bali time) to align with German business hours
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable and able to work under pressure
