A Wealth Management in Buleleng, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Fundraising Coordinator (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the Dormitory Project and program expansion
- Prepare compelling fundraising proposals, concept notes, campaign materials, and donor reports
- Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with major donors, CSR partners, foundations, and philanthropic organizations
- Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness brands, and tourism businesses across Bali
- Secure financial and in-kind sponsorships for scholarships, dormitory development, and operational needs
- Organize fundraising events, donor engagement activities, and awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen donor communications and showcase program impact
- Represent the organization through networking, presentations, and public speaking opportunities
- Maintain accurate donor records, campaign tracking, and ensure fundraising activities comply with ethical and nonprofit standards
Requirements:
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Fundraising Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving fundraising, sponsorship, or sales targets
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and nonprofit operations
- Existing network within Bali's hospitality, tourism, CSR, or expat communities is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software/CRM
