Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage group tour operations from pre-arrival to post-trip completion
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, transport providers and tour guides to ensure smooth execution of itineraries
- Act as the main point of contact for group clients ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
- Handle on-ground operations, including arrivals, departures, and daily tour activities
- Resolve any issues, complaints, or last-minute changes efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed itineraries, budgets and quality standards
- Monitor and control tour costs and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on tour performance, feedback and improvements
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as or in a similar a Group Tour Leader role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple group bookings simultaneously
