A Villa Management in CangguBali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of HR (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and expansion plans
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Advise leadership on HR policies, team structures, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all departments and levels
  • Ensure timely hiring for operational, corporate, and leadership roles
  • Develop scalable recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring needs
  • Standardize onboarding and orientation processes across the organization
  • Ensure all employee documentation, system access, and onboarding readiness are completed
  • Foster a professional, accountable, and collaborative work culture
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and manage performance evaluation systems and KPIs
  • Support department heads in setting clear and measurable targets
  • Manage salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with company policies

Requirement

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Head of HR or in a related position
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Proven ability to build scalable HR systems, SOPs, and processes
  • Solid experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary handling
  • Familiarity with HR systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics
