A Restaurant in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations across all sections
  • Control service flow, timing, and coordination between stations to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Maintain strict discipline, cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize waste effectively
  • Act quickly to resolve operational issues and keep service running seamlessly

Requirement

  • Indonesia Citizen 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a Kitchen Manager or in a related position
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian cuisine and local flavors
  • Highly operational, fast-paced, and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure with strong decision-making skills during service
  • Reliable, committed, and available when needed, including urgent situations
