A Yacht Company in Sunset Road, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote yachting services in Indonesia and Thailand
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning
- Create and manage marketing plans, budgets and timelines aligned with business objectives
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers and industry partners
- Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop engaging content that highlights yachting experiences and destinations
- Plan and execute marketing events, exhibitions and yacht shows in Indonesia and Thailand
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience in handling digital marketing tools and analytics
- Passion for the yachting, luxury or hospitality industry is highly preferred
