A Construction Company in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities at the site, plant or field to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure production or project targets are achieved in line with quality standards and timelines
- Plan and manage work schedules for technicians and operators
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments including maintenance, quality control and logistics
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports for management review
- Identify operational issues and implement fast, practical solutions to minimize disruptions
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations (K3) and company SOPs
- Promote and enforce a safe, efficient disciplined working environment
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of operational systems, SOPs and K3 safety standards
- Ability to work under tight targets and deadlines
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
