A Villa in Legian, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic OTA & Guest Relation Staff (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize villa listings across OTAs such as AirbnbBooking.com and direct booking channels
  • Handle pricing updates, promotions and calendar management to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via OTAs, email and social media
  • Execute marketing campaigns on OTA platforms (including uploading and posting campaign content)
  • Support social media activities by posting content and responding to customer inquiries
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional front-of-house experience
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth guest stays and overall satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a OTA & Guest Relations Staff or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience managing OTAs and booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) 
  • Confident, friendly, and well-presented personality
  • Good computer literacy and social media skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
