An Agency in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Designer (Full-time, Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Take approved design directions and apply them across brand and communication materials
- Design high-impact Google Slides presentations for pitches, strategy sessions and executive audiences
- Translate strategic content into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Elevate presentations through strong typography, layout and information design
- Enhance content using subtle motion and animated elements (e.g. GIFs, transitions, AI-assisted animation)
- Transform content-heavy decks into polished and persuasive presentations
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategy leads to ensure design intent is maintained
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Designer similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout and composition
- Advanced proficiency in Google Slides
- Experience designing large, structured presentation decks (120+ slides)
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, pacing and information design
- Ability to simplify complex content into clear and consistent visuals
