A Real Estate Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits at least 3 times per week to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure contractors adhere to approved drawings, specifications and project timelines
- Identify, document, and report any construction issues, defects or delays and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and submit weekly reports including written updates and photo documentation of site progress
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers and internal management teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Verify that all materials and finishes comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Support overall project delivery by maintaining schedule adherence, quality control and cost efficiency
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field would be a plus
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Must have own transportation to support frequent site visits
