Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Drive sales initiatives through company events in collaboration with the Marketing & Event team
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand product distribution and increase sales
- Lead, supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and partners
- Negotiate terms and conditions with retailers and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach (including outside Bali)
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for product planning and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as or in a Sales Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Jakarta and/or out-of-Bali markets is preferred
