A  Protein Drink Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
  • Drive sales initiatives through company events in collaboration with the Marketing & Event team
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand product distribution and increase sales
  • Lead, supervise and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and partners
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with retailers and business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach (including outside Bali)
  • Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for product planning and campaigns
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as or in a Sales Manager similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Experience in FMCG or food distribution is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Jakarta and/or out-of-Bali markets is preferred
