Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on an existing database of leads
- Find and generate new leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits and field sales activities
- Handle B2B, B2C, and hotel segment sales
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners
- Support branding activities by helping define market positioning, specifier strategy and unique selling points (USP)
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Actively collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Sales Staff similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales
- Able to work independently and in a team
