A Conception Store in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Sales (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
- Achieve high conversion rates and maintain strong average transaction value
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift coordination and team communication
- Maintain accuracy of the POS system (MOCA) including stock entries, adjustments and basic reporting
- Maintain stock organization and ensure proper product display
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Report daily sales performance and insights to the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Senior Sales or in a related position
- Highly proactive and self-driven
- Confident, stable and strong in personality
- Fast learner, adaptable and ready to take on responsibility
- Friendly, communicative and customer-oriented
