A Spa in Bahrain is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spa Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of four spa branches to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and facility readiness across all spa locations
- Manage and supervise a team of spa therapists
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for spa treatments and operations
- Conduct regular training and continuous development programs for therapists
- Develop and update the spa treatment menu
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Spa Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Previous experience in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts
- Overseas working experience would be a plus
- Strong leadership and firm personality with the ability to manage teams effectively
