A Tour Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Travel & Tour Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end ground operations including hotel bookings, transfers, tours and activities
- Coordinate with local suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, tour guides and activity vendors
- Manage daily booking confirmations, vouchers and detailed itineraries
- Ensure smooth execution of FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and group tours
- Handle last-minute changes, urgent requests, emergencies and client issues efficiently
- Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with local vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs and suppliers
- Monitor service quality and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales and international teams
- Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Travel & Tour Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong network with Bali hotels, villas, transport and activity providers
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings or changes
- Strong knowledge of key Bali destinations such as Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, and Nusa Penida
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and booking systems
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skill
