Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and security
- Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury presentation
- Manage, supervise, and train villa staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and service excellence among all team members
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and personalized services
- Deliver a 5-star guest experience tailored to individual preferences
- Manage villa budgets, operational expenses, and financial reporting
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient resource allocation
- Liaise with villa owners, guests, and external vendors for smooth operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation and operational procedures
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Villa Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting
- Service-oriented, detail-focused, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic guest needs
