A Luxury Villa in Ungasan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Villa Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and security
  • Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury presentation
  • Manage, supervise, and train villa staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and service excellence among all team members
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and personalized services
  • Deliver a 5-star guest experience tailored to individual preferences
  • Manage villa budgets, operational expenses, and financial reporting
  • Monitor costs and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Liaise with villa owners, guests, and external vendors for smooth operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and safety standards
  • Maintain proper documentation and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Villa Manager similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting
  • Service-oriented, detail-focused, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic guest needs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to create a memorable experience.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and handle special guest requests (e.g., tours, dinners).
  • Manage a small team, providing training and maintaining service excellence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and maintenance teams to keep the villa in top condition.

Must Have

  • Indonesian citizenship.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role.
  • Ability to build and lead a team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle guest needs and operational challenges.

Nice to have

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or luxury service environments.
  • Knowledge of villa maintenance and supplier management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
