Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Operate POS system to process orders and payments
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions securely
- Issue receipts and provide correct change
- Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts
- Assist with inventory control and restocking items
- Support basic coffee preparation
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as or in a Waitress similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiar with POS systems and basic cashiering
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
